does anyone know this circa 1980's actor, here in a humorous atari commercial, but he was also in some feature films. does anyone know his name or any other movie he's been in? thanks!

At 00.11 he is clearly holding that controller in the wrong hand and upside down!?! He pulls it down and the chicken goes up!! THAT MAKES NO SENSE!!! Atari didn't have inversion controls?! Who does this guy think he is?!? Surely they could have cast a leading role with someone who actually plays the game!1!!
