I need help with a movie title !

Okay, the movie is about a young pregnant woman arriving to an old orphanage, she is going to help with fixing the house. The place is owned by an old woman. There also lives a crazy girl who grew up in the orphanage, but she can't/won't remember nothing from her childhood. Well, this young woman starts to hear children noises in the house, hear them running around playing. And then I can't remember much more than she finds out that many children had been tortured and killed there.
and it ends with her being found dead with her new-born baby.
