Can anyone identify this screencap?

I can't remember what this was, but I do think it was a Japanese film. Anyone have any ideas? :)

Re: The beginning of the end for film?

A Better Tomorrow II is the best one ever! Watch it just for the shootout at the end which is one of the best in cinematic history.
