He is a good director, not the best one but a good one. He better than the late versions of Spielberg, Lucas, JJ Abrams and Ridley Scott (quoque tu, Prometheus, fili mihi!).

Really good actor, though Di Caprio is shining more than him right now. However, I think there are better actors/actresses than Cruise: De Niro, Al Pacino, Eastwood, Hardy, Hanks, Depp, etc..

Looks nice indeed. I hope they will repeat a good movie like the first Monster Inc instead of a gigantic flop like Cars 2.
