I think Tobey Maguire was in it. And there's a scene where the protagonist tries to kill himself on the sea. That's all I can remember, I watched it like, five years ago. Do you guys know the title?

Well, I read somewhere that agents don't even read the scripts that are sent to them if you're not a prestigious director. Don't know if its true though. Thanks for the suggestion.
