Overall great photography: Sharpness, Light, Composition and Theme.
Some of these movies are shot so beautifully, you forget they are old movies.
It also depends on the Cinematography the Director...

Hmm, If we look at Efficiency(Quality), Kubrick is the best 1000x times over, definitely!

This was an 80's or 90's movie, probably B-movie or TV-movie.
They bomb the capitol in Washington D.C. at the start of the movie using a schoolbus I think!
