Honestly glad there are barely any comic book films on this list. They're like a genre all on their own and they don't need to be cluttering up the proper sci-fi list.

ET was my #19 & Inception was my #23! Inception is still my favorite Nolan film but it's much lower than it would of been say 2 years ago when I made my favorites list and it was in my top 50....

I haven't seen the Iron Giant since it came out, but I remember thinking it was alright. I've never even heard of Contact that film actually looks interesting.

I had Cloverfield as my #25 one of the better done monster movies of the past decade imo

I have seen Minority Report and I did like it, but it didn't make my list. Ghost in the Shell I have not seen. Honestly I'm not big on Anime of any kind that's why I haven't seen it.

The Prestige! One of the only films I can stand Christian Bale in. It was #6 on my list. Haven't seen Logan's Run.
