I came very close to voting both Late Spring & Le Samouraļ as my #1 right after watching them. I have to say to Siddon and ahwell thanks guys for picking films that I absolutely loved watching!

I had a bad video quality of The Great Mouse Detective and to make things worse I couldn't understand some of the accents and no sub titles. I'm not a fan of post 1970 Disney anyway. It was my #14...

Well said. The sets and the recreation of 1850s New York was a highlight for me. I mean we don't see many films about NYC in the mid 19th century so that alone was worth the watch for me.
