Another peeve of mine that pisses me off about series is the "cliff hanger" at the end of a season. I know this technique has been around for 80+ years but...

I think the big problem with me is that I watch a couple of episodes of a series then don't get back to it for weeks sometimes. By then I've lost track of what was happening in the plot. Maybe. ...

Probably. I never have been much for "binge" watching. I'm sure that I've only seen about half of the old Law&Order episodes -- and that show ran for 20 years and it's been off TV now for 12 years....
