The first episode is still the high point. I really hope they manage to stop the slide.

After two episodes, it's not as bad as I expected. Sure, it feels more like a run-of-the-mill fantasy world from D&D than Tolkien's MIddle-Earth, but if you can forget the source material, it may end...
