Re: Code Unknown: Constantine tries out a 100 films list
For what it's worth, I'm not seeing the images even though they appear to be attachments on this site.
But anyway, a decent start. Chimes at Midnight is my favourite of the bunch. Life of Brian made an old countdown but I revisited it a few years back and found it lacking. Shane and Gone with the Wind are alright. Haven't seen The Set-Up. |

Haven't seen The Set-Up. Don't like Gone With the Wind, but I like the other three films quite a bit.

Only seen Empire Strikes Back and A Woman Under the Influence. Love both of them though.

Not a bad film in the bunch.

Unforgiven is a masterpiece and Ikiru is good. Haven't seen the other 3.

Re: Code Unknown: Constantine tries out a 100 films list
Ikiru and Unforgiven the obvious standouts here, but including Lifeforce is certainly a choice.

Prestige is the bomb.com

Re: Code Unknown: Constantine tries out a 100 films list
I've seen the last three. Need to get to The Holy Mountain soon. Heard many great things about it.
|
Creepshow and Lifeforce are loads and loads of fun. I loved Ikiru and Life of Brian still does it for me. I'd also say A Woman Under the Influence is one of the greats.
I'd never heard of The Holy Mountain and after a look here and there I can say that I desperately want to see it now. |
