This is so wrong. American Psycho was great because it nailed the atmosphere of cynical materialism that the 80s epitomizes, plus Bale's performance was terrific.

There is no sense in doing a remake of an already great adaptation this soon, and to modernize it renders the whole thing pointless. It will become just another bad serial killer movie.

This is getting out of hand!!! Can we not have any new ideas? Do we really have to keep remaking movies and destroying what the original is/was?????
