    Thanks for all that! I need to watch it again with that in mind. Have you seen Woman In The Dunes or Face Of Another? All three films came in a boxset and there's a book and documentary disc as well.

    The plot of Pitfall...it's gotta be a parallel story. There's the ghost/alienation concept and what I think is some political attack. I really have no idea since my knowledge of Japanese political history is nonexistent. Is there something you know about it? I haven't watched the video essay on the disc yet.
