I absolutely loved the look of Benjamin Button from the gorgeous opening scenes (a little J-P Jeunet inspired) through the wonderful realisation of the dark and resonating retirement home and the recreation of old New Orleans whorehouses, streets and bars and those atmospheric scenes in Murmansk.

Button does not follow a particular movie formula. It can be said that it's an entirely different type of film, one where you wonder what will happen next seeing as how the film progresses in an entirely different direction than any other film..
