Writing lyrics and trying to get a friend to do guitar parts for me. I want to record a demo but I can't play guitar, I play drums and can pluck a bass effectively enough to make noise. If I can get my buddy to record the guitar tracks I can lay down drums and go rent a bass for a few days and get that done. Then all I need to do if record the vocals and then edit it.
I've been trolling record stores and stuff recently and just been trying to go to more shows and involve myself more in the scene I basically shunned for the last few years.
