    I share stuff on here as it's pretty much like an AA... nobody knows me.

    Glad you're getting some help. Hope it works out. Even if it doesn't, you'll get something from it. Something you can use. I've seen quite a few people and had different treatments and they've all given me something, even though I'm not 'cured'. I'm currently waiting for a place in a group so I can start group therapy.

    Yeah, I snapped out of it, threw the knife into the sink and laid in the hot water for ages and soaked my bones for about 3 hours then went to bed.


    It was Christmas morning when I got up and saw the knife still in the sink it dawned on me that I should see the Doctor.
