I couldn't know for sure if you were cheating. I'm saying you could cheat and nobody would know for sure because we can't watch you as you play with Random.org or whatever. The ties are now being broken based on what is your word.

If I was running this tournament, I guarantee someone (perhaps you) wouldn't trust me if I was breaking ties this way, and would probably make a fuss about it and demand I just find an extra person to vote and break the tie.

But I've been cool with this Random.org thing because

1. I believe I recommended this trick awhile back.
2. It gets things DONE.

But still, it is a possible way to lie/cheat.
