Of the films I've seen by Danny DeVito, War of the Roses was by far the best. I've seen the film several times and still enjoy its particular brand of black-comedy. There must be other die-hard fans of this film like me out there that think this work was a pioneer to so many other movies since, such as we would see from the Coen brothers.

Good shout out. A forgotten gem and arguably one of DeVito's best films (although I do think that Matilda is fantastic). I remember watching this when I was a kid and thinking it was part of the Romancing The Stone trilogy :D

Gonna add this to my list to get.
