Women take revenge on a Casanova-like man...

Hey Movie Experts,

I've been looking for this movie for a long time now...
So... vaguely the plot is: the time is around the 80s (or so) - there is a cassanova-like man, who cheats on women. One of his "victim" is taking a revenge by abducting him and giving him drugs... he is still conscious, but the drugs make his body completely numb, except his... khm... private part.
At one point of the movie, I think some friend comes over (she might have been a victim as well) - and they are "using" the man - as a representation of how he objectified and "used" the women previously.
The sex scene was mild, and the whole movie wasn't about this scene, it was just very memorable for me

I think the movie was actually made a bit earlier (not sure though). The vibe / genre definitely was comedy - there was no part removals involved

There are a couple that kind of fit, although I don't remember that scene in particular but the premise of a cassanova type that his ways catch up with him then being revenged on.

If it's a comedy there are a couple from the late 80's that maybe fit the bill, such as I Love You to Death or Skin Deep?

Och Karol (1985) has similar plot, but it is Polish movie.
