My title sounds a little funny, but I remember seeing the trailer (many years ago) and thinking that it looked interesting. Trailer seemed very IFC (independent)...the mentally challenged man wished for a girlfriend when he blew out his birthday candles. He ended up giving a huge envelope of cash to a pretty lady (I think from a trailer park) and she had pity sex with him, but his mental disability prevented her from being with him, even though her boyfriend would regularly beat her up.
