Bright light. Bright light. Uh oh.
You took some time making your list. How about you give some more personal reasons about why numbers 2 and 3 fit there. I seem to remember your post about #1 elsewhere.

The top 3 are my all time faves, I could live out the rest of my life with just those 3 movies and never get bored with them. Shawshank is one of the first movies I ever remember watching and just wanting to start it over and watch it again. Goodfellas, IMO is the best mafia/crime movie ever made. I think it is simply brilliant.

14. The 40 Year Old Virgin
There's an old spanish saying, "In taste...nothing is written in stone!" to me, this qualifies it beyond a doubt!

and if I needed further proof...

35. Knocked Up
is placed above Dogma and Forrest Gump?

I ain't saying my tastes are much better...but...seriously...?

Well I said at the very top of the list, that aside from the top 3 moives, there was no order or resoning to the placement of any of the movies on the list, other than the fact I think they should be there. Secondly, while I appreciate your input, to not enjoy either Knocked Up or The 40 Year Old Virgin (which in my personal opinion is one of the funniest movies of the past 10 years) to some extent would make me guess that either a. you havent seen them, or b. you have seen them and cant appreciate them for what they are. Funny movies, that have a good story and dont hold back to get a PG rating. Thats just my opinion though...

Damn...it's like I willfully ignored that bit...sorry Amigo! Must of been the fact that you numbered them...

a. you havent seen them
Now...Why would I comment on things I have not seen?

Here's a "c" option you may not of considered:

We have different tastes when it comes to the funny...which was my original point...Compare those 2 to Superbad and tell me they don't "hold back"...they are borderline childish and naive IMO...

[quote=pfiction94;421619]Other than the top 3, I cannot put them in any real order. So Here are My 100...if anyone cares...

I can't believe you have Grandma's Boy in your top 10! That movie is so freaking funny.

LOVE IT - good one.
