Original Vs. Director's cuts

I would have to go for originals

DIRECTOR'S CUT OF "KINGDOM OF HEAVEN" IS FANTASTIC.

The theatrical version was absolute crap.

I enjoy the director's cut of Dune over the original.

Aliens: Director's Cut would have to be my favorite.

The DC of Donnie Darko pretty much ruined the film for me.

I don't think I've ever seen a Direct's Cut version of a film, minus LoTR extended edition, but I don't think that really qualifies.
