My debut novel. I used a bunch of power metal songs to help with the vibe. I've mentioned it a few times here.

Nostalgic for '90s alternative lately. I liked, but didn't love this song when it was on the radio, but it hits harder for me as an adult:

What in every **** is going on this year? The output of amazing album is incredible. The new Kamasi Washington is nothing but sheer diversified and spiritual brilliance. One of the coolest and most empowering albums ever (and if I may use this as a compliment, one of the blackest).

2. St. Vincent - All Born Screaming (Alt-Rock, Art Rock)
3. Full of Hell - Coagulated Bliss (Grindcore, Metal)
4. Glass Beach - Plastic Death (Art Rock, Indie Rock)
5. Vampire Weekend - Only God Was Above Us (Indie Rock, Chamber Pop, Art Pop)
6. Can - Live in Paris 1973 (Krautrock, Jam Band)
7. Death's Dynamic Shroud - American Candy (Vaporwave, Art Pop)
8. Cabinet - Hydrolysated Ordination (Bestial Black Metal, Black Death Metal, Black Noise)
