Up - Had fun with the kids today.

Down - Still in so much pain due to FMS I thought the cold was to blame for my big flare ups but it was warm today mmm this condition is very difficult.

Down- getting ready/going to school
Up- Waiting for lecture to start while browsing Mofo's
Up- about to hand in my 7 page essay ive been working on lately/ finished last night
