High School or College Movie (mid 80s-early 90s)

This was a comedy I think, and had several students' stories it followed that it would switch between. I remember a guy and girl who were a couple and were often parked in a car, where one or the other would want to get frisky. At one point another student pranks them by calling the cops while they are doing it, and the scene shows their feet in socks stepping out of the car while police sirens are flashing.
