- abomination. This is from Lil Wayne's foray into rock-rap, and boy howdy, this is awful.
11. Shakin' It 4 Daddy -
- The bad thing about mixtapes, they sometimes include songs by other artists that only include features from the supposed star of the mixtape. It's not like Nicki could have a saved a Robin Thicke song anyway.
12. Take It Off -
13. Sex in Crazy Places -
14. Grinding Getting Money -
15. Ponytail -
- ugh. I am getting tired of listening to this thing now. The longest 4 minutes since"Knockout"
16. The Cipher -
- Only 44 seconds long, but the rating is for an extrapolation of what that song would be if it was another 2 minutes long.

I gave up. I didn't want to hear anymore, I guess I probably can't give it a rating since I didn't finish it.
You can probably tell by the song titles that this was going to be a dumb album (mixtape, but whatevs.) You are right, it's pretty dumb. A lot of people hate Nicki Minaj, and they make a lot of good points when they criticize her music. She does have some pretty good things going for her though, she seems to understand how to make a good pop-rap single. She understands that the more novel her song is, the more people will be interested in it. Just check out her latest single, "Anaconda," I don't think it's great, but I do think it will make her a pretty penny. I do like some of her songs not on this mixtape. Her features on Kanye West's
My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy are all fantastic, but you could probably dismiss those because it's like a great director getting a good performance out of a bad actor. Or so it seems. I think Nicki is talented, but she just doesn't write very well, or maybe she just disappoints me here because how much potential I think she actually has. Songs like "Come On a Cone" and "Beez in the Trap" are both examples of fun pop songs, and even if she doesn't live up to the potential that I (perhaps falsely) believe she has, I'd still prefer more songs of that ilk than what we usually get from her.
