kevin smith definitely. (at the moment) I don't understand what people like about his over simplified and cheaply made- movies with shallow characters and nonexistent plots.

Interesting interview, but i don't really like David Lynch's films. Watched both "Eraserhead" and "Mullholland Drive" completely through and I just don't care for it. Maybe he's just way too out...
