If I may borrow a Jurassic Park line: the question wasnt could they make a SIcario sequel; its should they have made a Sicario sequel.

SICARIO (Villeneuve, 2015)

The groundwork is all spelled out, having a character speak in voiceover summing it up makes it lose a bit of its shine.

This is Eastwoods most visually memorable film, no matter how lazily edited the final film becomes.

As this is happening, were introduced to the characters of our doomed town: our heroes Mike, his lover Debbie, good cop Dave, bad cop Mooney, and of course the Klowns from Outer Space.

The dude clearly knows what hes doing and his interest transcends into this film well.
