[i]There Will Be Blood[/i] was an excellent film, and not just solely on the back of Day-Lewis's performance. It's a gripping experience, and will constantly surprise up until the bitter end.

There Will Be Blood is one of the years best films. It has one of the best actors giving us a powerful performance for the ages and a score that is chilling to the bone.

In most cases of a movie , when I don't care about the characters anymore it becomes a crappy movie - but in this case , it's just a great way of telling this unique story.

The clashes between him and Daniel Plainview are some of the best parts of the movie and Dano, amazingly, holds his own against the great Daniel Day-Lewis while he's at the top of his game.
