Robocop is an 80's classic that acts as a tough-guy movie while acknowledging its science fiction action figure roots, turning both sides of the film into one spectacular comination that makes Robocop one of the most important movies of the 80's.
Luckily, there were some small things that made the story a little more interesting, such as some symbolic scenes where we can fantasize about the resemblance between some events in RoboCop and those in the bible (his hands also get pierced in a certain way, we see a shot of him walking on water and he literally turns water into red with his bloodshed).
It really is such a smart film, so much more so than you would ever believe from a film with a name like Robocop.

The movie in a whole is so far ahead of its time that at 20 odd years ago, when the movie was released, it seemed far-fetched with the police uniforms and cars and societys views and Military tactics involved in the film.
It's always been on of those movies I've meant to seen, but when another movie I wanted to see, RoboCop was backed down the Queue.
Somehow all these very distantly related characters know each other , robocop is ambushed by police for no reason , and robocop's invincible armor that can withstand bullets can't withstand a weakend guy shoving a wood spike into it : but plot holes aside it's still a fun story.
