A relentlessly frightening story and the uncompromising directorial style of David Fincher make a logic-defying nightmare from 1997 called The Game riveting motion picture entertainment, even if we don't always have a clear picture as to what exactly is going on.

David Fincher's The Game is a fairly unique experience with an unexpected and happy (if not underwhelming) ending and a twisting and twisted story.

I would argue that one of the worst parts of the movie is simply knowing the twist because knowing the answers to these questions takes away a lot of the punch of the movie.

From very early on I assumed it was all going to be a game but the longer the film went and the more he was put though I started to think 'no there's no way, they can't possibly justify it.
