Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace.

I've seen and heard people that grew up on the original Star Wars trilogy say that with this movie George Lucas raped their childhood.

Some parts of the plot are misconceived, especially the parts about space bureaucracy, but apart from these obvious flaws, The Phantom Menace remains, at least for me, a respectable attempt to capture the style and feel of the first Star Wars film.

Before the release of what is now considered the worst film out of all six Star Wars films, everyone was going mad over Star Wars.

Like the original star wars films - the movie is focused on themes of morality , but this movie also introduces a new political story line which is where a lot of the important twists take place in the new trilogy.
