There's loads of nice little nods to the original Jurassic Park, the best in my opinion being the original Jurassic Park theme blaring out as you see the park.

Jurassic World does have its moments, but they're mostly the moments that make you recall Jurassic Park, and that leaves you wondering why you didn't just put that film in the DVD player and give it a watch instead.

Im not saying this is a kids movie, not by a long shot, but its better not to have the adult part of your brain that looks at logic and reasoning that can spoil a movie like Jurassic Park, and Jurassic World.

All things considered, Jurassic World isn't a horrible film; it deserves credit for at least managing to wrangle a decent enough plot out of the series' main premise and adequately compensates for its extremely familiar characters by casting some decent actors.

Two decades after 'Jurassic park' comes 'Jurassic world'---and the time lag between the 3rd instalment of the movie and the fourth has helped in increasing the excitement of the genre all over again...and the change of name from 'park' to 'world' has helped in that too...

The sequels Jurassic Park: The Lost World and Jurassic Park 3 easily can not exist and everything would still make sense.

The Story - Jurassic World feels like a more updated version of the 1992 Jurassic Park.

Jurassic World is a great addition to the other 3 films, but there's one thing that it lacks: the sense of isolation.

Like it was with The Duke at the Alamo, Dodge City and the Chisum Trail, so it is with Chris Pratt in Parks and Rec, Zero Dark Thirty and now Jurassic World.

The movie opens on a very familiar scene, raptors hatching from eggs in the research facility of the theme park Jurassic World.
