It all starts with an astonishing head-on shot of an oncoming train (the shot was apparently accomplished by having a helicopter hover in front of a train and then running the train backwards, then running that footage in reverse).
In the aftermath of World War II, an old soldier travels to a small town looking for some but soon learns that everyone in town is hiding a dark secret.
