Another little thing I noticed it the "main" zombie was in the front line but was never shot, it was always the zombies around him that died, I found that to be far fetched.
The Rodent
Simon Pegg and Edgar Wright, the main duo behind Shaun Of The Dead have bit parts as Zombies after Romero gave personal praise for their parody of the Zombie genre.
The Walking Dead and every other zombie film owes to not only this franchise, but to this 2nd sequel to Night of the Living Dead.
