So, yeah, Stephen Sommers is supposedly attached as a producer to revive the classic Flash Gordon franchise, possibly directing as well. This could be sort of cool, I mean at least he can't make it too chessy, although Van Helsing looks to be spreading it on extra thick. Here's wishing Queen were still around.
