"Feature adaptation of the science fiction novel by Edward Ashton follows the story of Mickey 17, an “expendable,” who is a disposable employee on a human expedition sent to colonize the ice world Niflheim. After one iteration dies, a new body is regenerated with most of his memories intact."

I haven't read this book. So why am I making a thread for it? Besides the fact that it's a Bong Joon-Ho movie? I read another book by Ashton: Three Days in April, and it's easily one of my favorites. Probably desert island shit right there. And honestly, I didn't think the biggest director outside America would ever get his hands on one of Ashton's novels. I like the guy's writing, but he doesn't even have his own wikipedia article. This kinda gives me hope for my own novel (I've sold only five copies :P), so I gotta get to Goodreads and congratulate the guy.
