American, 90s, maybe made for TV
A young handsome guy gets out of jail. He has a place to stay, but not much to do, so he does a bit of this, a bit of that. I think he's on a new hit or new job, but the movie is slow, so they just mention random stuff here and there, without explaining much. One day he's sitting by the boardwalk on Venice Beach, LA, and there's no much people around, but a sexy blonde in roller skates starts to check him out, and skates around him openly staring at him. They cut to the sex scene, and it looks the movie is about them, till he has to do something that may ruin everything, don't remember what.
