Movie about a girl waking up in the land where dead people roam

So the plot of the movie is that the main character is a girl that angrily runs into a forest, probably during a storm, and shouts out "I wish I was <unalive>" and later a tree branch falls on her and she dies. She later wakes up where the dead roam and meets another girl, that's dead, that has an ax in her head (Let's call her ax head). She main character then realizes she no longer wants to be dead and tries to become alive again but this angers ax head and tries to kill the girl with her ax. There was also some chase scene with a fountain idk. The movie concluded or was about to conclude with her now being alive and was later greeted by her father and hugged her.
