Look, I'm not judging you - after all, I'm posting here myself, but maybe, just maybe, if you spent less time here and more time watching films, maybe, and I stress, maybe your taste would be of some value. Just a thought, ya know.

This is a really tough call for as I love Lawrence of Arabia as a biography movie more so, where as Seven Samurai is better as an action adventure drama. Right now I will say Seven Samurai better, but tough call.

Seven Samurai



My vote goes to Lawrence.


I'm biased here because I first saw Lawrence at a much younger age so it's a movie that's always been part of my diet, but I do think it's pacing makes it an easier watch to slip back into, with the excitement broken up over the course of the film rather than built up to at the end. I also have a strong affinity for movies that make great use of their environments, and Lawrence does that beautifully.
