[NSFW] Looking for erotic movie from early days (french/italian)

When i was a kid, I caught a glimpse of this erotic movie. It was either French or Italian and most likely from 80s. The scene I remember, the girl was laying on the bed wearing men's dress shirt. Some guy walks in and sniffs her butt, then takes a tangerine and puts in her butt and eats it. Then the guy jumps on top of the girl with a knife, while some other girl yells at him to get off. This sounds so messed up and I really need to know the context of this movie, and wtf it was all about. Looking forward to hearing suggestions. Thanks in advance.
