I've been trying for years to remember a movie with either a stalker or killer who has a tattoo on his wrist. Does the attached picture of the tattoo look familiar to anyone? It's an American movie that would have came out in either the 80's or possibly late 70's. I really can't remember anything other than the guy having this tattoo. I used to draw it on my wrist when I was a kid- was really into scary movies. Thanks in advance for any help.
