Has anyone watched this series on AMC? Season three premieres this Sunday. Loosely based on "Journey to the West", the series focuses on Sunny, a one-time clipper in a post-apocalyptic wasteland where guns are obsolete. Sunny finds a young boy in M.K., who has a dark gift that he has been trying to control while returning home. Season three focuses on Sunny, now a father, attempting to help his sick infant son while engaging himself in a war between his arch-nemesis The Widow and the last remaining Barons.
Daniel Wu, Emily Beecham, Aramis Knight, and Nick Frost are among the cast of this series, with choreography by Deedee Ku, a one-time member of Yuen Woo-Ping (The Matrix)'s stunt team with Stephen Fung serving as the film's action unit director. Fung and Wu are executive producers on the series, created by Smallville's Alfred Gough and Miles Millar.
