How would you recast Primal Fear?

I have a movie podcast where every week we pick a movie and talk about it, then recast it. It's called The Recasting Couch and we recently did an episode where we recast Primal Fear.

it can t be, it was perfectly cast, richard gere was great so does edward norton

I don't disagree but that's the fun of the game.

I love the Brendan Gleeson and Charlotte Rampling picks. And you can never go wrong with Jodie Foster either.

Nice cast. Not sure about the Dane DeHaan pick. On the podcast, I chose James McAvoy. After seeing his performance in Split, I couldn't think of anyone better.

I chose DeHaan because of his young looks, Aaron is supposed to be innocent and pure and I feel like the older he looks the more dumb he seems as opposed to innocent. I recently saw him in A Cure For Wellness and he was really good. He was also in a movie, Life, where he played James Dean, he's definitely someone to watch for.
