Looking for a spanish movie where a rich man falls in love with maid.

Looking for a movie where there is a rich married spanish guy falling in love with his maid. In the end of the movie he goes to her home village in a fancy car. Some more details i remember is that his wife has freckles. And there is a scene where the maid and other maidens toilets is clogged with alot of poop.
