movie where a killer looks through girls camera

I need help finding a movie that I watched on IFC a while back. The only scene I can remember is where a person, I think he is a killer, is in a cabin looking through a girls camera, where there are pictures of her flashing her boobs. I know its not much, but any information you can tell me is appreciated is appreciated.

You might be referring to a film called Strange Days (1995) with Ralph Feinnes in the lead. The scene that reminds me of what you've said involves the serial killer murdering Brigitte Bako, but only after he places a device on her head that enables her to see what he's seeing. It's an extremely weird and interesting scene, especially Ralph's reaction to it all, but the entire film is actually really good.
