What movie? She is from the future from whence there is some reason that smoking cigarettes is actually good for your health...could be 1990's era.

forgot to say...in the future they just flick the cigarette butts into the air and they are vaporized because everyone smokes and I guess it would be really messy.

Did you know that in the 1980s movie PREDATOR the titular character was not originally portrayed by Kevin Peter Hall.
