Timeless classics similar to Pulp Fiction?
Bullet in the Head by John Woo is a similar classic to me. It's a cult classic, Tarantino itself says once that this movie is a "Violence Masterpiece".

As far as John Woo films go, I'd argue that A Better Tomorrow and The Killer have much, much more in common with something like Pulp Fiction, especially considering how much all three films deal in murderous criminals seeking redemption for their actions. As much as I like Bullet in the Head, it's got more in common with The Deer Hunter than Pulp Fiction - trying to compare the two on the sole basis of the films being full of violence is a bit of a disservice to both of them (especially when the violence is so radically different in - pardon the pun - execution).
That being said, I don't have any particular recommendations jumping out at me. It'd help if OP specified exactly what kind of similarities they were looking for.

People will probably disagree with me on this, but I find Seven Psychopaths to be very reminiscent.
