RIP Mr Pizza Guy

Bright light. Bright light. Uh oh.
I don't actually remember Spicoli getting any of that pizza. He was a year younger than me! I just rewatched him recently as a baddie in The Last Boy Scout.

R.I.P.

That's okay. Nobody's perfect!
When I read the name Taylor Negron I didn't know who he was If emp hadn't also posted the video clip, the name alone wouldn't have registered. Memory is a funny thing - I saw the movie "Fast Times...." once, way back when and knew it was the film that really launched the career of Sean Penn, yet the only image in my mind of the film is that clip of the delivery guy.

So I looked his name up on the internet and found his personal website: http://taylornegron.com/ and found out he is/was a genuinely funny guy. May he R.I.P.

OMG, I loved Taylor Negron, one of the most underrated standups out there...in addition to his one scene in Fast Times, he had provided some solid comic moments in the Tom Hanks film Punchline and appeared in a memorable episode of Seinfeld as a hairdresser trying to get the BO smell out of Elaine's hair. Very talented guy...RIP.

I've seen Fast Times more times than I care to admit, and you are correct, Spicolli does not get any of the double cheese and sausage pizza.

I remember Negron mostly in Better Off Dead as the lazy mailman, dropping letters all over the place and harassing John Cusack's little brother over the mail he receives and wanting to date Cusack's ex-girlfriend. RIP, Taylor.
