Well I have a few horror films to recommend for those who havent seen them...

Bedevilled ~ 2010
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1646959/

Cannibal ~ 2006 (Film about the real life Cannibal of Rotenberg Germany, Armin Meiwes)
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0910548/

Grimm Love ~ 2006 (Milder version of "Cannibal")
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0448400/

Begotten ~ 1990
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0101420/

I have more to suggest but this is a start!!!.. Great thread Derek!

I was so sad that Santa Sangre did not make the 80's list. It is my favorite movie of the 80's!

I hope some of you horror buffs will pick it up. It is a very special kind of surrealist horror and imo Jodorowskys big masterpiece.

Sorry if I'm rude but I'm right
Turned it off after 5 minutes. Too much like Fellini whom I hate.

Look, I'm not judging you - after all, I'm posting here myself, but maybe, just maybe, if you spent less time here and more time watching films, maybe, and I stress, maybe your taste would be of some value. Just a thought, ya know.

All of the Whispering Corridors films are great, but this one is my favorite. It's not really scary, but it's just a great story. The Voice is also supposed to be really good (Whispering Corridors IV) but I haven't seen it yet.

I should also mention Onibaba.

Jodorowsky doing horror, what could be better? Great film.

thanks !!! and all you're suggestions looks awesome especially Bedevilled !!! all on my watchlist

Just a few I've watched recently.

The Burrowers (2008) Horror/Western

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0445939/

Triangle (2009)

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1187064/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1

The Fourth Kind (2009)

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1220198/?ref_=nv_sr_1

Triangle is a great film, which I think will end up becoming a cult classic. The Forth Kind is utter tosh, and I've not seen The Burrowers yet.

I recommend:

You're Next (2013)
The Sacrament (2013)
Calvaire (2004)
Martyrs (2008)
Fontiers (2008)
The Women (2011)
Oculus (2014)
Raze (2013)

Let the night air cool you off
You can't call this a Horror Crew if all the members haven't seen some Fulci. Homework assignment for the "Crew" is to watch Zombie and The Beyond. You can follow up with The New York Ripper if you are feeling extra sleezy.

I've seen Zombie. I have a Zombie shirt. I have The New York Ripper too, but have yet to watch it.

My dad had this limited edition DVD of The Beyond too, but he sold it on eBay. I've never forgiven him.

Let the night air cool you off
Is the shirt the one with the B&W zombie or the one in color with the red trim?

Shame on your dad for selling, but kudos for ever owning such a thing.

And watch Ripper soon, it's spectacularly sleezy.

Let the night air cool you off
Oh nice, that's even cooler than the two designs I knew of. I came pretty close to buying a Zombie shirt on eBay the other day, but I held off. I can't really think of a setting where that shirt is appropriate. Maybe a first date, that shirt will totally get me laid.
